Quantum Specialist
(Quantum Component Control)
Location: Rome, Italy

We combine deep technical expertise with state-of-the-art infrastructure to deliver high-quality engine repairs, overhauls, and diagnostics.
QuickTurn Europe is a leading jet engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider based at Rome Fiumicino Airport.
JOB OVERVIEW
Join our team as the subject matter expert for the Component Control Quantum platform. You’ll lead system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and reporting—driving operational excellence across maintenance, inventory, and finance.
Responsibilities:
We’re expanding our Quantum ERP team and seeking talented professionals at all levels—from entry-level analysts to senior architects of Quantum System. If you have experience with the Component Control Quantum platform, and a passion for aviation, MRO, or enterprise systems, we want to hear from you.
• Configure and support Quantum modules (Shop Control, Inventory, Repair Orders, Event Manager)
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and vendor coordination
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Tableau
• Manage data integrity, imports/exports, and master-data governance
• Train end-users and create documentation
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams
• Support audits and compliance (e.g., SOX ITGC)
• Recommend process improvements and system enhancement
Qualifications:
- We’re looking for a mix of the following, depending on role level:
- Experience with MRO Quantum
- Strong SQL and reporting skills
- Quantum integration experience (e.g., SAP, APIs, EDI)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
