Clemens Food Group is seeking a strategic and inspiring Executive Director of Sales to lead growth across key U.S. regions, including the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping sales strategy, expanding major retail partnerships, and developing a high-performing team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and broker partners to deliver profitable growth
- Own strategic relationships with major retail accounts including Meijer, Publix, Albertsons, Kroger, and HEB
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Value Added Pork products across multiple regions
- Coach teams on securing large-scale Private Brand/Own Brand opportunities
- Oversee sales planning, proposals, and presentations to drive new business
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize trade spend, and contribute to annual budgeting
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stay ahead of market trends
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 8+ years of retail sales experience at the headquarters level
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams and delivering profitable growth
- Deep knowledge of the retail meat industry (Fresh, Packaged, Deli, Frozen, Prepared Foods)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience leveraging syndicated and shipment data
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
