Job Description Job Requirement • Certificate/ Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Hotel Catering with 5 years experience inclusive of 2 year experience as Front Office Duty Manager OR • SPM holder with minimum 6 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience as Front Office Duty Manager • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken) • Good working knowledge of computer software applications • Strong leadership and organizing skills
