Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technicians working in Ultra Clean Technology’s Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC®). This role supports a service-based, cleanroom and chemical processing operation, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient processing of customer parts. The supervisor provides hands-on leadership on the floor, managing daily operations, safety, quality, training, and performance of technicians across assigned processes.

This is a highly visible, floor-based leadership role, requiring the Supervisor to spend 90% of their shift on the production floor or in the cleanroom, actively supporting technicians, enforcing SOPs, and resolving operational issues in real time.
