POSITION SUMMARY: As the Personal Training Director, you will lead programs that deliver measurable fitness results while driving revenue growth. You will oversee personal training, small group training, and youth fitness/Parisi programs, combining business strategy with hands-on leadership. This role requires a strong coaching mindset; you will develop trainers, support sales efforts, and ensure high-quality, personalized member experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead personal training, small group training, and youth fitness programs
- Recruit, hire, and develop trainers and program staff
- Coach staff on sales, client retention, and service delivery
- Monitor program performance, revenue, and participation
- Develop strategies to grow training programs
- Ensure staff certifications and continuing education are up to date
- Build relationships with members to support retention
- Manage scheduling, equipment, and logistics
- Oversee department budget and financial performance
- Support marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of personal training or fitness leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
