Job Description for a Veterinary Assistant / Technician Rolesville Veterinary Hospital
Responsibilities
- General practice wellness and critical care skills
- Care of hospitalized patients
- Experience with monitoring surgical procedures
- Experience with lab diagnostics
- Taking radiographs, dental radiographs, and dental prophies
- Placing IV catheters
- Client education and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have two years of related experience in the veterinary profession
Requirements and Qualifications
· At least 1-year related experience
· Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
· Positive attitude
· Must be able to multitask and thrive in a team environment
· Cornerstone experience a plus
