Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals following menus and standardized recipes
* Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper temperatures
* Follow therapeutic and modified diet requirements
* Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
* Assist with food prep, tray line, and service as needed
* Follow all food safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications
* Previous cooking or foodservice experience preferred
* Ability to follow recipes and production sheets
* Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
* Reliable attendance
