Job Description
1. Development of ASCs in Commercial Building and Waste Water Segment.
2. Achieve yearly spares and actively participate to ensure spare business exceed target value
3. Ensure timely resolution of customer complain with coordination of plant warranty team
4. Provide guideline to ASCs Service Engineer for Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting.
5. Provide Product feedback to plant team and actively participate in product improvement activities
6. Provide product service training to Customer/ASC/Dealer Coordinate between CWH & ASC for spares deliveries Minimized the time to resolve customer complaint through ASC
