Finance Intern – Diakrit
Position: Finance Intern
Duration: 3 months (or more)
Location: Office-based and later hybrid – The 9th Tower
Eligibility
Thai National university students or recent graduates
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Role Overview
As a Finance Intern at Diakrit, you will gain hands-on experience in a multinational accounting environment, supporting financial operations across several global regions, including:
Nordics
Oceania
United States
Thailand
You will work closely with the finance team to support operational tasks, assist in financial processes, and contribute to ongoing finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Projects
Support the coordination of finance projects with the Group Financial Controller
2. Accounting Support
Assist with payment processing in NetSuite (ERP system)
Support invoicing operations
Assist with Accounts Receivable management
3. Financial Reporting
Support the month-end closing process
Assist in the preparation of accounting journals
4. Data Management
Maintain and update master data
Ensure financial data remains accurate and organized
5. Process Documentation
Document finance workflows and processes in Confluence
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Soft Skills
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and integrity
Well-organized and responsible
Good English communication skills
