MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the general maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems in common areas of the Association, as well as assisting with janitorial duties and performing routine pool testing and treatment.
