ROLE SUMMARY
The Regional President directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization within a defined region in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Operations Officer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
Plans and directs all aspects of the regional organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops strategies to attain short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve the region’s corporate goals and secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Collaborates with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization. Participates in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.). Develops and maintains relationships with external agencies and regulatory bodies and coordinates information sharing with these groups.
This is a Exempt/Salaried position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific Duties:
- Demonstrates complete knowledge, understanding and compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Works with the COO on developing strategic plan.
- Works with COO and finance team on developing the annual budget.
- Responsible for overall profit and loss management of the regional operations.
- Responsible for managing local vendor relations and accounts payable management.
- Responsible for monitoring staffing levels in all operations in order to maintain operational efficiency.
- Responsible for directing all local sales, marketing, public and governmental affairs activities.
- Ensures that all field staff maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with patients, patient families, co-responders, other healthcare providers, and the general public.
- Ensures that all field staff in all operations maintain appropriate certification and licensure for their position.
- Ensures security and privacy of all company and patient information at all times in accordance HIPPA and all other local, state and federal regulations.
- Ensures that all operations are in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations regarding the ordering, storage, use and record keeping of controlled substances.
- Ensures that all operations are in full compliance with all company policies regarding clinical protocols and field documentation.
- Ensures that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- Performs other duties related to management and administrative functions as directed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
- Must have leadership experience in a multi-location organization with a dispersed
workforce.
- Must demonstrate solid business management and administrative skills.
- Experience in interacting with and reporting to senior level and C-level corporate managers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management services, Business Management, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field, or equivalent, relevant, and additional experience to other job requirements.
- Five (5) years of executive-level managerial experience in an Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Services System
- Must have experience as an EMS operations supervisor, or emergency medicine as a Paramedic supervisor/instructor.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL
Travel Requirements
Must resign and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Regular travel is required throughout the assigned region to support operations, leadership oversight, employee engagement, customer relationships, and business needs.
Occasional travel outside the region may be required for corporate meetings, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, training, and peer collaboration.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a combination of office, field operations, EMS station, healthcare facility, community, and administrative settings.
Position requires frequent interaction with employees, operational leaders, customers, vendors, external agencies, regulatory bodies, and corporate partners.
Must be available to respond to operational needs outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during emergency or high-impact events as needed.
