The Opportunity
This position works out of our [insert location of working site] location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Department.
As the Product Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead product marketing strategy and execution.
What You’ll Work On
1. Strategic Planning
Development and updating of marketing strategies for our brands.
Preparation and defense of annual marketing plans, media strategies, and budgets.
Portfolio planning, market potential assessment, and identification of new growth opportunities.
Conducting market research, consumer insight studies, and competitive analysis.
Development of brand positioning and value propositions.
2. Marketing Plan Execution and Performance Analysis
Full cycle execution of marketing activities: digital, ATL, medical marketing.
Management of advertising campaigns: task setting, agency briefing, creative and production oversight.
KOL management, scientific events, and materials for healthcare professionals.
Analysis of campaign and activity effectiveness (ROI, KPIs, brand metrics).Budget control, cost optimization, and reporting.
Preparation of presentations for leadership and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical
- Minimum 4 years of experienced in product marketing in pharma industry
- Master's in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated, strong communication and presentation skills
- Resilience, collaborative, independent, can work under pressure
- Computer proficiency
- Good command in English
