COMMUNICATION AND COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of leadership, vendors, employees, and the general public. Must have average computer skills, including aptitude with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Custodian Assistant
Reports to: Custodian Supervisor
Part-Time
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Custodian for the Church, Chapel, bathrooms, youth room, parish hall, church office, and campus police stop station.
- Clean church buildings
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash cans.
- Stock bathroom supplies and maintain stock and reorder supplies as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.
- Team player with the ability to work in changing conditions.
