  • Supporting the on‑time and on‑budget delivery of real estate advisory engagements, either independently or as part of a wider project team

  • Contributing to engagements across acquisitions and disposals, transaction management and strategic real estate advice

  • Supporting valuation advice, development feasibility assessments, financial modelling and analysis

  • Preparing clear, well‑structured reports and client deliverables

  • Assisting with business development activities, including proposal preparation and tender responses

  • Coordinating with third‑party consultants and sub‑contractors where required

  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, project stakeholders and industry participants

  • Sharing insights on real estate market conditions and industry trends across the firm

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics or another real estate‑focused discipline

  • Approximately 3–7 years’ practical experience in real estate advisory, transactions or related property roles

  • Experience supporting acquisitions, disposals and/or real estate advisory engagements

  • Understanding of property leases, planning frameworks and property fundamentals

  • Exposure to financial and commercial real estate advice and market analysis

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation or Real Estate Licence (desirable, not essential)

Your skills and attributes will include:

  • Strong collaboration skills gained from working in multi‑disciplinary project teams

  • Ability to interpret technical real estate and valuation reports

  • Well‑developed written communication and report‑writing capability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
