Job Description

The Michigan Civil Service Commission is seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to lead the Payroll/Transactions Unit within the Quality of Life (QOL) Human Resources (HR) Office. This manager position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR transactions across multiple departments. As the Payroll/Transactions Manager, you will coordinate payroll operations, oversee compensation activities, and provide leadership to a dedicated team of HR staff.
