Acknowledge and provide quality service to customers either face-to-face or over the telephone. Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging goods efficiently. Develop comprehensive knowledge of stock and promotions throughout the store. Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs, and implement store self-assessment audits with the management team. Ensure effective communication with senior management in case of any accidents and maintain awareness of safety procedures to mitigate risks.
