Job Description
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet all applicable state and diocesan requirements for educator certification, including appropriate licensure in their subject area and grade level. Candidates should demonstrate a strong academic background, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. In addition to instructional competence, the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with middle school students, fostering their intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and academic growth. Equally important is a dedication to supporting students’ spiritual formation within the Catholic tradition—integrating faith-based values into daily instruction, modeling Christian behavior, and encouraging students to grow in their relationship with God through prayer, service, and participation in the life of the Church.
