About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
What You'll Do
Assist in market research and data analysis to identify category trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Support the Category Manager in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
Support the creation and maintenance of product listings, including data entry, image management, and content optimization.
Help monitor category performance metrics, such as sales, inventory levels, and conversion rates, and generate reports. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth category operations.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Participate in competitive benchmarking and propose strategies for category improvement.
About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in Chinese and English.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online retail is a plus.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months for the internship.
