With competitive compensation, great office locations, and a people-first culture that champions continuous learning, you’ll have everything you need to thrive and kick-start your career.

About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of product listings, including data entry, image management, and content optimization.

  • Help monitor category performance metrics, such as sales, inventory levels, and conversion rates, and generate reports. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth category operations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

  • Participate in competitive benchmarking and propose strategies for category improvement.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online retail is a plus.

  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months for the internship.
