Your responsibilities will notably include opening and monitoring client files, processing payments, handling changes and special requests, managing confirmations, and supporting clients throughout their entire journey, up to their return from travel.

This position is intended for a candidate willing to work a fixed schedule that includes evenings and weekends, offering stability and predictability within a context of extended opening hours. Agencies are open seven days a week.

Your main responsibilities

  • Advise clients on travel options offered by our partners and actively participate in sales based on branch traffic and needs.
  • Support on-site advisors in the daily management of sales and client files, including the preparation, follow-up, and completion of reservations.
  • Ensure full management of client files, from creation to trip completion, including payments, changes, special requests, and confirmations.
  • Contribute to the optimization of branch operations by handling various administrative and operational support tasks.
  • Identify the needs of clients present in the branch and propose appropriate solutions, in collaboration with the on-site team.
  • Participate in the sale of travel products across different categories, including packages and simple or more complex itineraries, depending on experience level.
  • Maintain professional and efficient service during extended business hours to ensure operational continuity and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in customer service, sales, and working in a branch environment.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and deliver professional, attentive service.
  • Team spirit, collaborative attitude, and willingness to support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strong communication skills, energy, and initiative.
  • Comfort with computer tools and social media, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems.
