Head of Risk and Control - T&M SG

Responsible for ensuring Treasury & Markets Singapore Department (“Department”) maintains an adequate and effective first line of defence risk management program. The role is responsible for providing first-line leadership, governance oversight, and execution of non-financial risk and compliance management for Treasury & Markets Singapore.

In addition, the role serves as the Regional Head of Risk & Control for the Wholesale Banknotes (WBN) business, providing first-line risk and control oversight across the WBN portfolio within the region, in line with Group frameworks and regulatory expectations.

The role partners closely with Business Heads, Process Owners, and second line Risk and Compliance functions to ensure effective identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and reporting of non-financial risks in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, Group frameworks, and internal policies and procedures.
