We’re looking for a committed and detail-oriented SQA Supporter to join our Bluetooth Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team in Aalborg. As the Bluetooth Centre of Excellence in Samsung Systems LSI, we deliver world-class Bluetooth solutions to leading mobile suppliers.
About the role
As a key member of our team, you'll play a central role in ensuring high-quality and continuous improvement of our manual testing processes. You'll work closely with developers and test engineers across teams to drive high performance – and we'll teach you what you need along the way.

Your responsibilities
- Perform complex manual testing of Bluetooth software, focusing on accuracy and user scenarios
- This typically means connecting a phone to different devices like Wi-Fi access points and headsets, using apps on the phone while testing, and collecting key performance data with the help of different tools
- Understand and prioritize incoming tasks from other teams to ensure correct and thorough testing
- Manage customer test plans and ensure new versions are analysed and changes are fully understood
- Ensure consistent testing methodologies across projects
- Collaborate with other teams and parties as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvements in testing procedures, documentation, and quality mindset
- Maintenance and setup of test infrastructure such as installation of Linux PCs and adjustments of devices and equipment; Linux knowledge is an advantage but not required
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and practical matters in the office, such as document scanning and verifying equipment across the office to ensure everything is in place, handle light kitchen duties as well as shipment of packages and similar
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is an advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work
- Team player with a positive mindset and collaborative attitude
- Effective communication across teams and comfortable in a technical environment
- Natural interest in technology (software, electronics, or similar)
- A valid work and residence permit for Denmark is a requirement

Hours: We would like for you to work full time (37 hours per week) but are flexible. You will be hourly paid.
