Job Description
| JOB SUMMARY | The ASU Reliability Engineering Manager will manage the reliability engineering program, manage engineering projects, and provide technical expertise to support a safe, efficient, and reliable ASU (Air Separation Unit) production operation. This role leads reliability-focused engineering activities, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety to maximize plant availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize lifecycle performance of production equipment. . The position plays a critical role in asset management strategy, root cause analysis, reliability engineering standards, and long-term production sustainability across bulk gas facilities. Engineering responsibility covers all disciplines, design, procurement, project management implementation, and management of change related to the production unit.
