Your tasks

  • Provide reliable first- and second-line IT support for colleagues in the Lisbon IT Hub
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests, from initial contact to resolution (via escalation to HQ where required)
  • Set up, configure and support end-user devices (Windows, Apple) and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, access rights and basic mailbox topics (Microsoft 365 / Exchange)
  • Ensure smooth IT onboarding for new hires, enabling productivity from day one
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, users and resolved issues•Investigate and resolve application-related issues of low to medium complexity
  • Support deployments and configuration changes in productive and non-productive environments
  • Coordinate with central IT teams and external providers when required

Your profile

Tech skills

  • Several years of experience in IT support, IT operations or a similar role; familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management practices
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS environments
  • Solid understanding of end-user support and basic application troubleshooting
  • Structured and service-oriented way of working
  • Experience working in multi-vendor or complex enterprise environments

Soft skills

  • Professional communication skills in English and Portuguese (German is a plus) with both technical teams and management stakeholders
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach in complex transformation environment
  • High level of ownership, reliability and accountability
  • Resilience and calmness in dynamic ramp up and transformation situations

About the department

You will be part of our growing IT Hub in Lisbon, which was established last year. The first IT colleagues joined in February, and the hub is now moving into its next phase of growth and stabilisation. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, hands-on and international environment, actively contributing to the build-up of reliable IT operations and support structures.


You will collaborate closely with the local Lisbon team as well as the IT support teams at our headquarters in Germany, ensuring smooth coordination, knowledge transfer and consistent service quality across locations. This position offers the opportunity to help shape processes, take ownership in a growing organisation and develop further alongside a motivated and supportive IT community.

You will operate within a structured IT service framework and work closely with initiative leads, delivery teams and hub leadership to ensure a controlled and scalable ramp‑up of the Lisbon organisation.
