¿Qué harás en este rol?

• Brindar atención excepcional al 100% de los registros (llamadas, chats, redes sociales, videoconferencias, etc.), garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.
• Gestionar requerimientos, proporcionando soluciones e información siguiendo los protocolos de campaña.
• Registrar y reportar información de clientes en tiempo real, de acuerdo con las pautas y sistemas establecidos.

Lo que ofrecemos:

• Salario competitivo: $4'000.000
• Subsidio de conectividad ($200.000 x mes)
• Contrato a término indefinido.
• Trabajo 100% remoto.

Requisitos:

• Estudios y experiencia relacionados con salud o áreas afines.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado.
