Manager of Dedicated Implementations

Operating in a remote-first and fast-moving environment, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve processes, scale delivery, and enhance customer outcomes. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment from pre-sales through implementation. You will also act as a key advocate for customers, shaping how onboarding experiences evolve across the region.
