In this role, you will lead a regional implementation function responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding experiences to enterprise and mid-market customers across EMEA. You will build and manage a team of implementation specialists, ensuring customers realize value quickly and consistently as they begin using a complex, high-impact platform. Operating in a remote-first and fast-moving environment, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve processes, scale delivery, and enhance customer outcomes. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment from pre-sales through implementation. You will also act as a key advocate for customers, shaping how onboarding experiences evolve across the region.
