Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or Software as a Service solutions. This role includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and supervising release activities. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solutions remain stable, perform efficiently, and comply with both business requirements and vendor limitations. The role demands a proactive approach to evolving the platform in alignment with organizational goals and external constraints, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform stability and performance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and release processes within packaged or Software as a Service environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration strategies between various software components and external systems.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with business objectives and vendor requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to software configuration and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
