Consumer Pharmacy Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

To accelerate the growth of FreeStyle Libre 2 business, ADC is establishing NIH’s contracted pharmacy stores coverage for driving the pharmacist recommendation to diabetes patients the CGM knowledge and benefits for use on personal glucose management. Acting as team player to support the Country Manager to develop the sales channel as well as coordinating the daily sales operation within the internal consumer sales team and external distributor.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target of assigned brands and channels.
• Promo the CGM knowledge and benefits to drive the adaptation & recommendation of the targeted pharmacists.
• Support the Country Manager in managing the sales team of consumer pharmacy retail.
• Manage all in-store shelfing, promotion activity and ordering in retail offline pharmacy stores.
• Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries, and coordination.
• Work closely with Marketing team and execute the marketing plan.
• Collect market intelligence and feedback to management.
• Prepare various daily sales reports.

Requirements: Education and Experience

• University Graduate.
• Healthcare and/or Science major is preferred, or with solid sales experience in offline retail trade sector.
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill.
• Work as a team player yet Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Well command in spoken and written Chinese and English.
