Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!
- Base compensation starting at $20-21/hr
- Up to Quarterly bonuses totaling $3k/yr

- Ensure all assigned work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- This position will focus on HVAC related work orders including:
- Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC issues
- Detecting and soldering refrigerant leaks
- Recharging freon gas
- Changing failing compressors and blower motors
- Replacing limit switches & fuses
- Other common HVAC problems.
- Performing basic preventative maintenance including filer changes and coil cleanings
- Depending on work load non-HVAC repairs may include:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliances
- Some unit turn maintenance and cleaning may also be required at times.
- Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on call emergency cell phone (1 week every 3 weeks)
- Snow removal (when needed during the winter season).
