Case Manager - Homes (Gwinnett and Hall Counties)

 Scope of Position: Provide support and advocacy for foster families and the children in their care by being a liaison between the family and the State across all areas of the child welfare system, with primary responsibility for foster families located in the Northeast Greater Atlanta region (Gwinnett and Hall Counties).  Reports to: Supervisor, Case Managers - Homes WinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life.
