What You Do
- Machine inspection, Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, Maintenance, and part replacement of instruments.
- Mechanical and electrical repair of instruments.
- In-house/On-site trails and report conclusion.
- Service weekly planning and Monthly Report conclusion.
- Service Call/Contract and report conclusion.
- Report any customer complaints with proper documents.
- Responsible for service sales e.g. reminding customers to renew contracts, selling service contracts, managing customer appointment on delivery goods and service, receiving customer call for after sale service, supporting on procurement process for buying part or contacting sub-contractor, etc.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Gather market information on customer’s activities and requirements.
- Assist Sales Team by providing technical expertise and timely response to customer’s requirements.
- Occasional up-country and overseas travelling is required.
Who You Are
- Bachelor of Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Foundation in English and Good knowledge of Local language preferable.
- Familiar with Service concepts, practices and procedures.
- Robust Technical experience on Laboratory instruments and field activities and accustomed with digital tools as network connectivity and CRM
- Strong organizational skills (good time management, maintain work areas clean and organized, and problem-solving skills).
- Customer oriented. Communicate with internal and external partners in a professional manner. Have a positive attitude, be patient and responsible.
- Team player and Learning agility.
