DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are looking for a motivated PMO (& Capacity) Analyst to join the Global IT Project Management Office.
Reporting to the IT PMO & Quality Manager, you will support the implementation and operation of key PMO processes, with a strong focus on resource management, capacity planning, and portfolio visibility.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent execution of PMO practices, improving data accuracy around resource availability, and helping IT teams deliver with clarity, structure, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured processes, tools like JIRA and Confluence, and who is eager to grow within a global PMO environment.
As the PMO Analyst, you will:
PMO Process Support:
- Support the rollout and maintenance of PMO processes across Global IT.
- Help maintain portfolio visibility through the centralized initiative register in Confluence/JIRA.
- Ensure data accuracy across PMO tools by validating entries, maintaining structure, and supporting users.
- Assist in the preparation of dashboards, status updates, and portfolio reports.
Resource & Capacity Management:
- Support the implementation and ongoing governance of capacity management processes.
- Monitor team allocations and time-tracking information in JIRA, ensuring data consistency.
- Produce regular capacity and resource utilization reports for stakeholders.
- Help identify bottlenecks, constraints, and future resourcing risks across teams.
Quality & Delivery Governance:
- Assist in applying quality standards and templates across IT delivery.
- Support adherence to best practices in project execution, documentation, and testing.
- Help track risks, dependencies, and action items for IT projects.
Tools & Training Support:
- Maintain the operational health of PMO tools (JIRA, Confluence and reporting dashboards), ensuring structure, configuration standards, and data quality.
- Provide first-line support for users on JIRA, Confluence, and PMO processes.
- Contribute to documentation, templates, and training materials.
- Help organize workshops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience (desired, not all required)
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, IT operations, or similar roles.
- Experience working with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other project management platforms.
- · Experience working with data and reporting (Excel, dashboards, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work with structured processes and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders across countries.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Additional Information
- Position based in France or Spain with hybrid work options.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Occasional travel may be needed.
