Project Manager (Senior and Intermediate Level) - Deadline 04/06/26
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who will support the Value Chain by ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and by monitoring risks and issues so they are addressed early. The role includes coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, following up on actions, maintaining decision and action logs, and keeping the stakeholder list up to date. The Project Manager will work closely with core members and other PMOs to ensure consistent ways of working. They will support capacity and budget planning with budget officers and the DTO PMO, assist with resource planning, and monitor budget utilisation. The role also covers demand management: helping stakeholders add and update initiatives, maintaining the project catalogue and roadmap, tracking progress, preparing management reporting, reviewing the backlog, and suggesting improvements to processes and tools. In addition, the Project Manager will manage communication by publishing updates on Teams, Smartsite, and the intranet, ensuring information flows smoothly, and training new members on processes and tools. They will also organise and support workshops, follow up on actions, and work with DTO facilitators to help embed new models, processes, and ways of working across the value chain.
Mandatory requirements:
● Knowledge of business requirement modelling techniques (UML, BPMN...)
● Good communication
● Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
● Experience eliciting, & preparing business requirement documents
● Experience with writing user stories
● Experience with preparing testing cases and executing them
