Payroll Controller

The payroll controller is responsible for delivering an accurate, compliant and efficient payroll service across the UK business. Working closely with finance, HR and operational teams the role is accountable for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with legislative and internal requirements. The role is also responsible for maintaining and improving payroll processes, systems and controls to supports current operations and future business needs.
