We are looking for a Portfolio Sales Professional (F/M/D) to join our team at Innomotics India.

Min Exp: 10 to 15 years

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. in Electrical / Electronics

This Position will report to: Country Sales Head / Head of Regional Sales

Work Location: Pune

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales of HT Motors and MV Drives across the Pune WR2 region, achieving defined order intake and assigned targets.
  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Generate inquiries (through market exploration, customer visits, networking), submit offers while ensuring full compliance with customer specifications, and engage in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Coordinate with the execution/project management team post-order to ensure smooth execution, documentation, dispatch planning, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project opportunities to support strategic planning and enhance market positioning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, service, finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure aligned customer support.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of HT motors, MV VFDs, and related industrial systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications in sectors such as metals, cement, oil & gas, water, chemical, and power.
  • Preference to proficiency speaking in Marathi, Hindi.
