Behavioral Framework is seeking a dynamic leader to lead our Boone clinic. Your Role as a Clinical Director
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Associate Clinical Directors, Clinical Supervisors, and behavior technicians.
Monitor team performance and KPIs and develop improvement plans when necessary.
Mentor and supervise clinical managers and BCBAs, supporting professional development and career growth.
Ensure high-quality, consistent ABA therapy delivery and adherence to BACB guidelines and company policies.
Oversee training, supervision, and feedback for BCBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians.
Monitor treatment integrity, client progress, and clinical outcomes, using data to guide improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with caregivers, funding sources, schools, medical providers, and community partners.
Address and resolve caregiver or employee concerns, including urgent issues and grievances.
Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and performance reviews to support team development and communication.
Track service quality and client satisfaction, including quarterly caregiver feedback calls.
Manage clinic operations, including caseload planning, onboarding of clinical leaders, and documentation compliance.
Support clinic growth initiatives, service quality improvements, and strategic projects.
Identify operational trends or barriers and develop action plans to address them.
Ensure timely reporting, audits, and compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Qualifications
BCBA certification (in good standing)
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and clinical best practices
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
Full-time, on-site leadership role at the clinic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Physical activities include standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling for long periods of time
Must be able to reach, pull, and push
Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
