Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
- Support the department with the creation of purchase requisitions .
- Collect documentation and approvals and ensure retention for compliance tracking purposes .
- Track department spending and payments to ensure budget accuracy and support the team’s management of vendors .
- Operate with a continuous improvement mindset .
- Seek opportunities to improve efficiencies through optimization and cross-functional collaboration .
- Familiarity with financial accounting best practices, reporting and analysis preferred.
- Basic understanding of marketing, event, or merchandising principles.
- Must be detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a skilled communicator.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat required; knowledge of SAP and/or OnBase preferred.
- Highly motivated team player with strong leadership skills; willing to share resourceful information.
- Able to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills and monitoring of timelines.
