Position Summary:
As an Order-to-Cash (OtC) GPO Lead, you will play a key role supporting the execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end OTC processes, including credit management, collections, and cash application.
Working closely with Global Process Owners, Shared Services Operations, IT, PPI, and Automation teams, this role contributes to process standardization efforts, data analysis, and implementation of improvements across the global OtC workstream.
The role would suit a candidate with excellent rapport-building ability, strong analytical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and projects. Expertise in the Order-to-Cash processes is crucial to fully grasp the complexity of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the development and implementation of optimization initiatives in strong partnership with the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) team, the OtC Global Process Owner (GPO) and OtC Operational teams.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of end-to-end OtC process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process taxonomy
- Assist in Accounts Receivable transformation and process transition activities into Global Business Services, ensuring adherence to defined standards
- Assist in evaluating business requirements and contribute to process simplification and automation initiatives
- Participate in governance forums (e.g., workstream meetings) and support preparation of materials, updates, and tracking actions
- Support deployment and adoption of standardized OtC processes across regions and service centers
- Help ensure training materials are up to date and support process training and knowledge transfer activities
- Maintain process documentation and support compliance with internal policies and controls
- Assist in the training of new employees to the highest standards of quality.

- Qualifications and experience:
Fluent in English.
University or College degree.
Extensive experience (6+ years) in a fast-paced accounts receivable environment, with a strong functional process expertise of the end-to-end OtC processes.
Experience with process documentation and/or process mapping tools is required.
Expert system knowledge of any existing ERPs (SAP, Oracle E1) is required to perform this role effectively and efficiently.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office software is required (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, PPI) is a plus
