Coordination & Planning
| · Support in preparing, coordinating, follow up and maintaining the overall ERP & Infra implementation project plans, schedules, and deliverables. · Coordinate project activities between ERP functional consultants, business users, and technical teams. · Track milestones, dependencies, and timelines for infrastructure setup and ERP deployment. · Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and issue logs for project governance. · Support ERP implementation teams (functional & technical) in coordination, alignment between IT infrastructure and ERP system, facilitate meetings, meeting action items, follow-ups, etc. · Facilitate user acceptance testing, data migration validation, and system go-live readiness. · Detailed project coordination reports and dashboards · Issue tracking and resolution logs. |
Operational | · Manage communication between ERP vendor/partners and internal IT teams for technical issue resolution. · Coordinate infrastructure setup activities such as provisioning servers, databases, application hosting environments, and connectivity for ERP systems. · Track hardware and software procurement, installation, and configuration required for ERP and related applications. · Act as the liaison between business process owners, ERP consultants, and IT teams. · Provide timely project updates, progress reports, and escalation of risks/issues to management. · Facilitate coordination with third-party vendors, system integrators, and cloud service providers (if applicable). · Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and audit requirements during implementation. · Prepare and maintain change management logs and version control documentation |
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS | |
Knowledge and Experience | · Strong project coordination, problem solving and multitasking abilities. · Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset with good interpersonal communication. · Ability to work in support of projects and at time under pressure to meet deadlines. · 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in projects like support, coordination, or application preferably within the oil & gas, energy, or similar industry. · Preferred to understand IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud environments, databases, cybersecurity). · Familiarity with IT Application projects will be added advantage. · Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and multiple vendors · Good understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and user access management.

Education and Certifications | · Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration, Project Management, technical or related field. · Able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. |
