Front of the House Manager – Lead the Guest Experience

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Coach, develop, and inspire service teams including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational execution
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH collaboration
- Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management
What You Bring
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor ready to grow
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to stay composed and lead effectively in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
