Laboratory Technician – Cell Culture, Analytics Process Support for RNA, Recombinant, and Viral Vaccines (m/f/d) Would you like to actively contribute to the development and industrialization of innovative vaccines? In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of RNA syntheses, cell culture processes, and analytical procedures, while assisting in the production, purification, and quality control of recombinant proteins and vaccines. You will work closely with production, QC, Global Industrial Development (GID), and R D teams, providing essential support for continuous process improvement and the implementation of global development strategies. Your responsibilities: ● Independently perform RNA syntheses, cultivate mammalian cell lines, and generate virus- and protein-based antigens for development and production purposes using stirred tank reactors (up to 2000 L), roller bottles, cell stacks, and shaker flasks. ● Support analytical characterization of RNA products, recombinant proteins, and vaccines (e.g., HPLC, ELISA, PCR, capillary electrophoresis) ● Assist in the execution and optimization of downstream purification processes (DSP) for RNA, recombinant proteins, and viral products ● Collect and analyze production, cell culture, and QC data, prepare reports, and support process improvement initiatives ● Collaborate closely with production, QC, and R D teams to harmonize and improve cell culture, manufacturing, and purification processes ● Support technical communication within the global project team ● Assist in the preparation and maintenance of GMP-compliant documentation (e.g., batch records, SOPs, reports) ● Contribute to the preparation for internal and external audits and inspections
