Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders to align Ceva with customer needs. Co-develop annual sales forecasts and negotiate contracts to meet production and budget requirements. Create mutual value by exploring new opportunities and positioning Ceva solutions to address customer challenges. Develop, execute, and regularly review account business plans, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and expenses tracked. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and KPI tracking to support management decisions and resource planning. Coordinate and support cross-functional account teams (Sales, Veterinary, Vaccination Services, Marketing, etc.) to drive customer satisfaction. Communicate progress and market trends to management, ensuring continuous improvement and win‑win outcomes for Ceva and customers.
