Job Description
Analyze Ceva and competitor sales, track product range evolution, and integrate findings into action plans. Align corporate and country visions, support market analysis, and ensure strategic objectives and trade policies are implemented. Identify growth opportunities from market data and customer needs, and pursue strategic projects and acquisitions. Enhance brand value, conduct customer surveys, train teams in key account management, and review business plans. Organize resources, lead business plan execution, and train teams in consultative selling skills. Analyze results, manage the franchise P L, and identify growth revenue opportunities. Act as an interface between corporate, marketing, and subsidiaries, and communicate new product launches
