Physical Therapist
Job Summary: Perform all duties normally expected of a physical therapist in his or her professional capacity, including the maintenance of proper patient records, evaluations, progress notes, communications with referring physicians, and other administrative functions, including quality assurance, as may be from time to time required by management. The employee will be expected to abide by the general operating policies of the hospital. Duties may at any time be expanded or reduced, depending upon management decisions regarding the structure and flow of the workload of the organization.
