As a HR Advisor you will provide HR administration services to DuPont employees based in Canada, Latam & Switzerland. This position is a full-time role based on our site in Asturias, Spain. ​

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deliver, analyze and coordinate programs to deliver HR services to managers and employees.

  • Manage cases logged by HR customers and provides support in areas such as data management and reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional services. 

  • Administer Terms & Conditions in accordance to DuPont policies. 

  • Manage employee benefits which includes TPV administration and processing of HR related invoices.

  • Manage New Hire administration processes, interacting with managers, recruiters, candidates and local HR colleagues.

  • Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs, including correct calculation and execution of special payments to employees.

  • Collaborate in or lead projects related to improvements in advisor's area of expertise (on long term).

  • Require a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems (or requires deep skills in a single area). 

  • Understand how the team integrates with others to accomplish broader objectives. 

  • Use some discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency; complete work with a limited degree of supervision. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields

  • Proficiency in English and French.

  • Availability to work in the afternoon.

  • One to two years proven relevant working experience in same position or equivalent.

  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.

  • Flexible, capable to work under highly stress environment.

  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet rigid payroll processing deadlines.

  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.

  • Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows. Service Now & Workday knowledge is a plus.
