Grievance Handling: Hear Step 3 grievances, conduct fact-finding, and draft formal Company responses.
Union Liaison: Act as the primary point of contract for five unions to build collaborative relationships.
Job Evaluation: Administer the Co-operative Wage Study(CWS) system across all bargaining units.
