Excel Fitness is an independent franchisee based out of Austin, Tx, and operates over 158 Planet Fitness locations throughout 9 different states. We work hard and play hard, and are focused on building a team culture that creates a different atmosphere unlike your everyday call center, while still representing the Judgement Free Zone.
The Member Support Expert serves as an advocate to our members, guests, prospective members and club staff. Provides accurate information regarding company products, policies, and practices to both internal and external customers while delivering +1 customer service in a contact center environment.
