Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for implementing policies and procedures set by corporate to ensure an effective operation and service. This position is crucial in supporting Management, Front of House and Back of House positions in a variety of tasks to capitalize on business levels.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.
- Actively promote the venue by engaging every guest and potential guest with in your immediate reach
- Efficiently assist greeters in seating guests following the service sequence standards
- Answer telephone calls properly and directing the call to the appropriate party when necessary.
- Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.
- Actively market FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest’s personal information for the marketing database.
- Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.
- Maintain effective communication with Operations Managers with staff issues or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the venue.
- Assist staff in any areas needed to ensure proper service standards are met.
- Assist Management in set up and execution of any large party events.
- Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Previous supervisor experience in front-of-house high-volume hospitality environment required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and direct employees in a unionized environment.
- Strong guest service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to identify, address, and escalate service or performance issues in a calm, professional, and compliant manner.
- Basic math, cash-handling awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years supervisor experience in a high-volume hospitality environment required.
