About the Job

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join our Consumer Business Unit, based at our North Sydney head office. This is a highly strategic, hybrid commercial role designed to directly enable Sales to win in market by improving trade spend effectiveness, driving profitable growth, and strengthening commercial capability across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Consumer, you will act as a key bridge between Sales and Finance, partnering closely with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance to unlock smarter investment decisions, stronger negotiations, and sustainable revenue growth across the consumer portfolio.

This role represents a strategic capability uplift for the business and is distinct from a traditional sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Promotional Plan Excellence

  • Lead the development of customer‑specific promotional strategies that grow sales, increase brand penetration, and improve profitability.
  • Drive trade spend effectiveness through post‑event analysis and fast execution of learnings in market.
  • Track competitor activity and translate insights into customer‑ready commercial recommendations.

Mix Management

  • Develop and implement mix optimisation strategies to shift volume toward higher value, higher margin SKUs.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to ensure mix initiatives are executed, measured, and embedded across customers.

G2N Improvement & Commercial Analytics

  • Build transparent trade spend and G2N reporting to strengthen Sales negotiation power.
  • Lead the development of new forecasting and analytical models to improve forecast accuracy and customer planning.
  • Evaluate marketing ROI and provide commercially led recommendations to improve investment efficiency.

Trade Terms & Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen trade terms frameworks and “more for more” value propositions.
  • Support customer negotiations and joint business planning with strong financial, analytical, and commercial insights.

Ideally, You Will Have

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L, pricing, trade spend and promotions.
  • Proven experience working at the intersection of Sales and Finance within FMCG and/or Pharma environments.
  • Advanced analytical capability, including hands‑on experience with Circana, IQVIA, EPOS and shopper data.
  • Sales‑savvy mindset with the confidence to attend customer meetings and influence commercial outcomes.
  • A proactive, assertive, and collaborative style – comfortable driving change and challenging the status quo.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree‑qualified.
  • 8+ years commercial experience in FMCG and/or Pharma.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Growth, Commercial, Sales Operations, or Trade Strategy roles.
  • Advanced Excel and strong commercial systems capability.
