Job Description
Manage customs clearance processes, ensuring accurate preparation and submission of documentation to relevant authorities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs legislation and collaborate with Customs Authorities and internal customs teams to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Support import operations under supervision to optimize service and performance
• Provide timely administrative support for documentation (receiving, reconciling, consolidating, summarizing)
• Perform data entry, maintain systems, and set up master data for transactions
• Review pre-alert documentation, maintain procedures, and support archiving processes
• Prepare and file import entries
• Maintain customer part lists and shipment records
• Monitor performance targets and update shipment status
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Reconcile data and prepare reports to support performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal policies
• Resolve recurring operational issues following established procedures
• Support less experienced team members in complex situations
Requirements
• Vocational / Technical education or relevant certification
• Up to 2 years of experience
• Excellent command of English Language (written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Office and computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of import processes (preferred)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
